We try to make things easy for you.

All pattern orders, gold and silk thread and fine art are shipped prepaid, via Canada Post or Fedex. We offer Regular Parcel, XpressPost, Priority Courier and Fedex to our clients, where applicable.

Backordered embroidery supplies are automatic and generally shipped within eight weeks.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and email transfer of funds (in Canadian funds from a Canadian financial institution); we do consider payment plans for our more expensive items. We're sorry to say we no longer accept cheques or money orders due to a few bad apples in the barrel.

All sales are final and shipped FOB our shop.
