Because there are only the two of us, Gary and Lorina, operating Five Rivers Chapmanry, your information stays with us. We don't sell mailing lists, data bases, and, like you, detest unwanted solicitation, email and phonecalls. So we do everything in our power to ensure your information remains with us.

All information Five Rivers obtains from the customer is used strictly for billing, identification or security purposes, and is only for Five Rivers. Unless specifically requested under Canadian Federal or Provincial Law, we do not share our customer's information with any outside source.  All account information is kept on file both physically and electronically for the duration the customer's account remains active or disabled, and for a minimum of six years following, unless destroyed or deleted specifically upon the request of the customer. All financial information is kept for the required six years under Canadian Federal Legislation.

A customer can, at any time, with the proper identification, review their information or request their information to be updated.
